Clinical Herbalist, Elise Weber
Elise’s deep-rooted connection to plants has shaped her path as a practitioner and informs the way she supports others in their healing. She believes that when the conditions are present, the body has an innate ability to heal. Her work focuses on uncovering root causes and removing obstacles to wellness through individualized care, which may include diet, movement, sleep, and herbal support. With a trauma-informed approach, Elise works with people navigating a wide range of health concerns, guiding them to reconnect with their bodies and the innate wisdom of plants.

What is Clinical Herbalism?
Clinical herbalism offers a holistic approach to healthcare that works with plants to support the body’s natural rhythms and capacity to heal. Blending traditional herbal wisdom with modern research, it recognizes that when the body is properly supported, balance often follows.
Rooted in vitalist philosophy, clinical herbalism looks beyond symptom management to address underlying imbalances. Care is always personalized, drawing together herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle practices that meet you where you are.
Elise works one-on-one with clients in a clinical setting, offering thoughtful, research-informed care with a special interest in gut health, nervous system regulation, and balancing metabolism and blood sugar. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and collaborative—inviting you to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with the steady healing power of plants.
