Herbals

My deep-rooted passion for plants has always been a guiding force in my life. After going through my own healing journey, I discovered my true calling: creating a nurturing space for others to transform and heal. I believe that given the right conditions, nature has the ability to heal, and my role as a practitioner is simply to help foster those conditions. I’m dedicated to uncovering the obstacles to wellness for my clients, focusing on identifying root causes and aligning with individual needs through diet, movement, sleep, and herbal support to achieve and maintain balance.
With a strong commitment to trauma-informed care, I strive to support individuals facing a wide array of health concerns. My mission is to enhance accessibility, break down stigmas surrounding illness, offer assistance for chronic conditions, and cultivate compassion, empowering my clients to take charge of their healing journeys.
My lifelong fascination with the natural world led me to study Western Herbalism. I earned my Bachelor’s in Biology with an emphasis in Botany and a minor in Integrative Therapeutic Practices from Metropolitan State University in 2019. During this time, I began learning about plant medicine, developing a deep appreciation for both the human body and plant physiology. I then completed the curriculum at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, obtaining certifications in fundamentals, advanced, and clinical herbalism, and accumulating over 1,500 hours of intensive study covering anatomy, field botany, phytochemistry, herbal formulation, and more. This training provides me with a solid foundation to understand the intricate relationships between plants, nutrition, and the body's healing processes.
When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me exploring the outdoors with my two children, hiking with my rescue dog, gardening, or spending quality time with family and friends. I’m grateful to be part of this journey and to help others connect with the innate wisdom of plants and the healing capacity of nature.
